We’re committed to delivering your jewelry safely, securely, and on time — whether you’re ordering a ready-to-ship piece or a fully custom creation. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand our delivery processes, estimated timelines, and responsibilities.


🚚 Processing & Fulfillment Times

🔹 For In-Stock (Ready-to-Ship) Items:

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During promotional periods, new drops, or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

🔹 For Custom & Made-to-Order Items:

  • Custom jewelry orders (e.g. name pendants, logo pieces, unique sizes) require a production time of 7–21 business days, depending on complexity and volume.

  • You’ll be notified with updates on the design, mockups, production status, and shipping confirmation as we craft your piece.

  • Please note: Custom order production timelines do not include shipping/delivery time.

We ship worldwide using trusted delivery services to ensure your ICY pieces arrive safely and promptly. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping preference.

Our shipping partners include:

  • United States: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Canada & International: DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, or local carriers (depending on region)


📦 Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery timelines are separate from processing/production time.

📬 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link to follow your package in real-time.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

  • If you haven’t received a tracking email after your expected processing time, contact us at support@icyjewels.com.


🔒 Signature Confirmation & Secure Delivery

For your protection and to prevent loss or theft:

  • High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

  • If you are not home during delivery, carriers may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.

  • ICY is not responsible for missed delivery attempts or incorrect delivery due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address.


🌐 International Shipping

We are proud to ship ICY pieces around the world. Please note the following for international orders:

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Import duties, VAT, and other customs fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import regulations.

  • Currency Conversion: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.


🛑 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts:

    • You will be responsible for reshipping costs

    • The original shipping fee is non-refundable

    • A restocking fee may apply if the item is returned in damaged or worn condition


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If your package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors, leasing offices, or around your property

  2. Contact the carrier directly to file a lost package claim

  3. Contact us at support@icyjewels.com and we’ll do our best to assist you

For additional protection, we recommend selecting insured shipping or signature confirmation during checkout.


⚠️ Shipping Delays

ICY is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays (due to holidays, weather, strikes, etc.)

  • Delays caused by customs for international orders

  • Delays due to high order volume during major sales or holiday periods

We will always communicate proactively if there is a known delay affecting your order.


📝 Pre-Orders & Drops

If you purchase a pre-order item or place an order during a new drop, please refer to the product description for estimated ship dates. These orders will be shipped as soon as stock is available.
