Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen differences, and handcrafted production.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders that were purchased at incorrect prices.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase a product. We may accept or reject your order at our sole discretion. Order confirmation emails do not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on orders without notice.

3. 💍 Custom Orders

Custom jewelry (e.g., name pendants, logo pieces, engraved designs) is made-to-order and final sale.

Custom Design Approval Process

Once a custom order is placed:

  • We provide a digital mockup or rendering for review

  • You must approve the design before production begins

  • Upon approval, no edits, refunds, or cancellations can be made

We reserve the right to refuse custom designs that contain offensive language, illegal symbols, hate speech, or trademarked content not owned by the customer.

4. 🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Key Notes:

  • Custom jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable

  • In-stock items may be returned within 7 days if unworn and in original condition

  • Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing an order for in-stock items

  • Orders already in production cannot be canceled

5. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ICY is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses, theft after delivery, or refusal of delivery.

We accept payments via:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx)

  • Apple Pay

  • Klarna, Afterpay, or other “Buy Now, Pay Later” services (if offered)
